Some of you wanted some info about mods/admins and who's got more power and blah blah. Here you go:
This is a tiered command structure, if you're questioned on your actions by a superior you don't get an attitude, you don't whine, you answer and act within reason and with respect.
If you question a subordinate, you do not do so without having just cause, evidence and a calm rational demeanor.
If in any case, either of these things is ignored, report it to someone higher up than yourself, if you're questioning or someone higher than your accuser if you're questioned; it will be dealt with by them, it is not for you to deal with. Calmly mention you'll be passing along what happened and end the conversation.
Tier 1- Glenn
Server host, maximum level of server control/access.
Not the first person to go to in any situation that doesn't involve Head of Admin.
Tier 2- Head of Admins (Lemon)
No access to console, access to all in-game commands. First person to go to with problems between admins or an Admin and a Mod.
Tier 3- Admins
Access to most in-game commands. Can and should be the first called on to settle problems between Moderators when the Head of Moderators is not around.
Tier 4-Head of Moderators (Position unfilled)
Equivalent in Rank to an Admin, can only be called to questioning by Tier 4 or higher. First person to go to for any dispute between moderators.
Tier 5- Moderators
access to all necessary commands to assist and punish players. First to go to for disputes between players.
Tier 5 - Overseers
The literal watchdogs, they have the ability to use hawkeye, jail people, mute people and more. This way they can solve minor incidents and inform a mod upon bigger trouble.
Tier 5- Donators
No responsibilities as far as reporting as they have made there contribution already but have no command and can report to admins or moderators if they see fit.
Tier 6- VIP
No actual power but our trusted and knowledgeable watch dogs. Serve to keep watch on things and report when mods or admins are not present, and act as role models to new players.
